I haven't blogged in forever but have been busy sewing for Christmas and now for our annual quilting project for the caring pregnancy center. We will be making quilts with ladies from the church on 1/31/09. Here are the three patterns for this year. 
Teresa made more challenging design of our demo quilts.
Jan made the intermediate design which is a basic 9 patch with corners added to the alternatelarge square.
Laura made the demo quilt for the "easy" pattern(although she is definately capable of the harder ones too). It is from the rail fence pattern but she turned it into a pinwheel design instead.
Here is a picture of the memory quilt that I made for Deborah for Christmas. It is two sided made from tee shirts and clothing she had saved throughout the years. The top one is her teen years and the lower one includes items from birth and including recent items.
